Our return policy
Thank you for purchasing with us. We highly valued your shopping experience and want you to be 100% satisfied with our products/goods, but no cancellation of order or exchange will be entertained, unless the item you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason whatsoever. No refund will be entertained if products are correctly shipped and in good conditions.
We will only entertain returns within reasonable cause. We will reject any unreasonable cause from customer. However, the items must be in good condition when returning to us. Note that only items that are unused, unbaked, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned to informed address. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags/plastic must be intact and in original packaging.
Return reasons that are with reasonable cause as below:
1. If an item is defective ; unless it have been stated in the description of the products / about us page / information page / return policy
2. If we have missed out any of the products in your order
3. If we have send you the wrong products
Terms and conditions
• All returns have to be informed within five (5) working days from date of delivery. Customers are required to respond to our email within three (3) working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchange and returns thereafter will not be entertained
• Sales/promotion items/ bundle sale are not returnable, exchangeable and refundable.
• Products defectives/minor scratches on the description/ in this refund policy that have been mentioned in advance are also not returnable, exchangeable and refundable.
• If we find the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper care, damaged, damaged cause by incorrect attempt at modification or repair, or any condition other than its original condition; we reserve the right not to replace/refund/exchange. We may require you to pay all the reasonable shipping costs and servicing costs at our current standard fee and cost.
• We reserved the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all the mentioned conditions and return without informing us in advance.
• We only accept return via courier service. Meet up or walk-in are not entertained unless being agreed with us via email. Customer hold full responsibility until parcel reach us.
• All customer purchased from our website are comply to the policy as stated in this page.

If you receive defective products:
Note: Customer are required to return the defective products. We will arrange the courier to pick up. We will replace the product once the defective product(s) is returned to us, provided that we receive notice of the defect within five (5) days of receiving such defective product(s) that was purchased from our website only.
If we miss out any of your products :
Note: we will resend the products to you, provided that we receive notice of the missing product(s) within five (5) days of receiving that was purchased from our website only.
If we send the wrong products:
Note: Customer are required to return the wrong products sent to them. We will arrange for the courier to pick up from you. We will replace the product once the wrong product(s) is returned to us, provided that we receive notice of the defect within five (5) days of receiving such defective product(s) that was purchased from our website only.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and please pack and seal the product(s) in the box/parcel bag and attached the shipping label to it.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office / we will arrange for pick up according to availability of your location.
4. Once we receive your package, we will process your package promptly towards the agreed solution during communication via the email or message on our website.
