Terms and Conditions

Uno Baking Utensils Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to amend the terms of service at any time without notification. By purchasing from us, the buyer has agreed to abide the terms and conditions listed.

GENERAL

1.     Our working days are Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.     For all sales enquiries, kindly email us at unopanmalaysia@gmail.com with your order number.

3.     All transactions (email and payment verifications) will be attended within 1 working days.

4.     Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply from us upon email sent. This will eventually push your email further up and it will take us even longer timer to get back to you. We serve and reply to our customers attentively and rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible

PURCHASE

1.     Kindly ensure you have selected the correct product(s) in the correct colour/sizes/type before checking out. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the colour/sizes/type are selected or if duplicated orders are placed.

2.     We only accept payment via Bank Transfer, ATM Transfer, Online Banking and FPX. Strictly no cancellation and refund after successful payment.

3.     All prices are final upon payment checkout. Strictly no refunds for sales/promotion items/ bundle sale products.

4.     Any extra paid (Bank Transfer) are refunded thru store credits for your next purchase.

5.     Uno Baking Utensils Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

a.     Product ordered is out of stock

b.     Payment is not complete within 24 hours

c.     We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity

DELIVERY

1.     Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may results in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is being returned to us due to wrong address/insufficient address provided during purchase of our products

2.     Order will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless stated otherwise/ under Preorder status) upon payment verification.

3.     Uno Baking Utensils will not be responsible for any parcel lost and damage during delivery. Uno Baking Utensils will assist the claim directly from courier. The maximum claim of each parcel will be RM200 or based on your exact order value. If your order value exceeds RM200, we will try our best to claim from the courier but the final decision depends on courier.

4.     Charges on courier fees varies due to the weight and volumetric weight.

5.     For bounced back parcel, cost for re-delivery will be borne by customer. Uno Baking Utensils Sdn Bhd will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.

PERORDER

1.     Preorder are open for items which is yet to arrive at our warehouse/ for special group order together with other customers.

2.     It is usually available during the stipulated timeframe only

3.     Arrival timer for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual listing.

4.     We apologise that there may be delayed or cancelled Preorder due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of production, insufficient stock arrived, etc. For delayed/cancelled preorder, cancellation of orders are not applicable.

5.     If you order consists of both in-stock & backorder product(s), order will only ship out when all product(s) are in stock.

6.     Do kindly refer to the product listing for Preorder updates. No emails will be sent for such updates unless stated otherwise.

DISCOUNT CODE/VOUCHERS

1.     If you have a discount code/vouchers, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.

2.     Discount codes/vouchers may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly when the discount codes/vouchers have been given.

3.     Discount codes/vouchers are strictly not extendable.

4.     Order placed using discount codes/vouchers are not applicable for return unless it is deemed error on our part.

STORE CREDITS

1.     Store credits are issued by Uno Baking Utensils and can be used on any purchase.

2.     To redeem your credits, please login to your account and select store credits during check out. Your invoice will reflect the payable amount after store credit deduction.

3.     Store credits do not have any expiry date unless stated otherwise

4.     Store credits are strictly not exchangeable or transferable.

REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS & ITEMS RECEIVED

1.     Colour shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech device have different specifications. As such, colour may be portrayed with slight differences. Request for exchange/return due to such reasons will be rejected.

2.     Items with minor imperfections which do not affect the overall performance and usage of the item will not be considered a defect.

3.     All our products are directly issued and provided by SANNENG BAKEWARE (WUXI) CO., LTD with quality assurance. The appearance of the products has always been the most dispute/controversy.

GENERAL RETURN AND DEFECT/WRONG ITEM SENT

Thank you for purchasing with us. We highly valued your shopping experience and want you to be 100% satisfied with our products/goods, but no cancellation of order or exchange will be entertained, unless the item you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason whatsoever. No refund will be entertained if products are correctly shipped and in good conditions.

We will only entertain returns within reasonable cause. We will reject any unreasonable cause from customer. However, the items must be in good condition when returning to us. Note that only items that are unused, unbaked, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned to informed address. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags/plastic must be intact and in original packaging.
