Delivery & Shipping

Our products and goods are being ship to our customers after making their purchase and payment  confirmation. As for the time being, we are serving local buyers only. We will expand as soon as possible  for other country to make purchase.  

What is delivery/shipping fees? 

Delivery/ shipping fees is being charged upon purchasing products/goods from us in order to ship the  package to your door steps. This fees is borne by buyer, except during promotion of FREE shipping is  held. 

Local Delivery 

Purchased products are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days after confirming the receipt of  payment. We ship via POSLAJU or Custom Delivery ( Others ; Pgeon / DHL / Teleport etc.)

How do I know my order is shipped? 

Go to your Unopan member account, sign in and check order history. “Fulfilled” status means order have  already been shipped out, while unfulfilled means parcel is yet to shipped out.  

How long does it normally take to ship out items once payment is made? 

 We will process your order within 24 hours and ship your order out within 1-3 working days, except for  item(s) under PREORDER.  

Where can I find my tracking number? 

Tracking number will be provided by email once shipped.
