How can I place an order?

4. Key in your delivery details and select your preferred shipping method
5. Choose payment method and click place order
6. Make payment
7. You will receive email notification for order update.

How to know if I have successfully placed an order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful order.
How to check my orders status?
You can find the order status thru the email send to you or login to your account to check order.

How long does it normally take to ship out once payment is made?
We will process your order within 24 hours and will ship out within 1-3 working days.
If order consist of preorder items, the whole order will be shipped out upon arrival of the preorder products. The estimated time arrival (ETA) can be viewed on the product itself.
You may find the ETA from product name.
