We, Uno Baking Utensils Sdn Bhd are the main distributor of Unopan in Malaysia.

We have granted the permission to be the main distributor of their products in Malaysia since 2018. The brand has been expanding widely across the whole Malaysia and we have received many good reviews of our product quality. Our authenticity is our main priority to our customers in purchasing the goods, as counterfeit products might be everywhere around Malaysia. In other words, our product quality, food safety, and environmental friendly are genuine thru purchasing with us and our dealers.

All our products are directly issued and provided by SANNENG BAKEWARE (WUXI) CO., LTD with quality assurance. The appearance of the products has always been the most dispute/controversy.

Regarding about scratches and minor imperfections:

• Baking moulds are stored and transported. During the process, there will be more or less scratches on the surface due to collisions and frictions caused by handling or between objects. Although we have try our best to transport it safely to us, but these are uncontrollable by our team.
• Limited by the existing process technology, the processing of some details and interface positions is not detailed enough, and there may be whitening around the removable bottom; the small scratches and small scratches formed during the production process will not affect the usage of the products
• Due to above condition, it does not belong to the scope of defective products as it does not affect the performance and usage of the products.
• It is all belong to the normal category. (See the picture below for details)

Regarding holder mark on your products,

• It is caused by the process struction during productions. The products need to be clamped with a metal titanium and then placed in the pool for processing.
• In order to ensure that the mould is firmly clamped and does not fall off, the edge of the processed product will leave a mark that is clamped by the hanger, because the hanger will definitely generate strength to hold it.
• The process is unable to avoid. Therefore, buyers who have higher requirements on the appearance of the mould should also read this carefully.
• In addition, the hanging and unmounting are performed manually. This process will also cause more or less scratches on the mould. (When hanging and unloading, the hanger and the mould will have friction, see the figure below).
